Monday Evenings – 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. Commencing September 8, 2008 Class Fee $16 Open class –bring your project and pattern, or choose a new one - beginners welcome!
Wednesday mornings – 9 a.m. – noon Commencing September 10, 2008 Class Fee $16 Open class, however, once in a while the group picks a project and paint it together - possibilities are endless - beginners welcome! First up - Lorraine Fletcher original - Holiday Reflections
Every Other Tuesday Evening 6:30 – 9:30, Project Class Commencing September 9, 2008 Class Fee $18. Students pick the project or technique and I paint the sample and instruct the class. First up - Forget Me Not Keepsake Box - designed by Vicki Rhodes this piece uses lots of Crackle Medium and would make a lovely wedding gift or a place to store your own memories. Surface cost $43 or choose your own - this class will probably take 3 Tuesdays.
Thursday Morning – Open Class 9:00 – Noon - Class Fee $16 Commencing September 4, 2008 Students pick the project - or paint one of their choice.
Saturday, September 6, 2008 Open House - 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Sign up for new projects, check out new Decoart products and sit and visit a while.
Thurs. Sept.11 and Sat. Sept. 13, 2008 I Hope you Dance- design by Linda Lock this piece is done using texture paste and "tulle". Prep will include putting texture paste over the entire canvas at home and then dropping in for an hour Thursday, Sept. 11 to put the texture on the ballerina's dress. Class Fee - $54 plus supplies. Surface - 14x18 Deep Profile Canvas - Cost TBA - or use your own surface and Texture paste at $15.95.
Saturday, September 27, 2008 Painting Fall Leaves on Silk with Donna Brausen Time - 10 - 4 p.m. Class Fee $36 Surface - your choice of a wall hanging, neck scarf or shawl all at a nominal fee. Students will pay Donna a palette fee of $12 which will cover the cost of dyes, brushes, instructions., etc. - you don't need to bring a thing except an apron because you will get "dyed".
Tuesday, October 14, 2008 Memory Box Night 6:30 9:30 - No Charge for this class I will provide you with the line drawing and have a sample painted up in class. You will paint the design on a prepped (I need help with this) paper mache box and the boxes will be donated to the Royal Alex Hospital. A donation of $3 towards the purchase of new boxes would be appreciated but is not necessary.

Saturday, November 22, 2008 Christmas at the Heart Time - 9 - 5 Class Fee - $99 - includes 4 quick and easy Christmas projects with 4 different teachers. No Prep! All surfaces, paint, mediums and instructions are included plus good food and good times.
Saturday, November 29, 2008 Angel Lamp - design by Jamie Mills Price Time - 9 - 4 Class Fee $42 Surface Fee - TBA - this piece of wood is "L" shaped and has a spot to set the electric lamp that you see in the photo, which will be included in the price.
Saturday, December 6, 2008 Ornament Day - 9 - 5 Class Fee $48 We will be picking ornaments between September and December with the goal to be getting those Christmas ornaments "done".
Saturday, December 13, 2008 Painting on Silk with Donna Brausen - your choice of surfaces which may include a Silk Cushion Cover, Wine Bag, Table Runner. Donna has lots of new ideas and will be updating me with designs soon. There will be a $12 palette fee which includes all you need to complete your project (brushes, dyes, styrofoam, pins, etc., ) except the cost of the silk which is nominal.
